The Arena
A full performance production service is available. We will be pleased to provide advice or assistance in designing seat layout, organising ticket sales, advertising, merchandising, stage-management and set design. Our trained staff provide both technical and front of house support and are happy to help both you and your audience. The venue has full staging facilities with ample dressing room space for up to 300. Also the versatility of our stage construction allows us to tailor the performance area to your own specific needs. Comprehensive lighting and sound control can be arranged to complete the package and ensure our reputation for running the premier venue for performance presentation in the area.

The Main Hall
The Main Hall is perfect for that smaller event, whether it's a product launch, exhibition, or a concert. The Hall can seat up to 400 people and has full lighting and sound facilities. The Hall also accommodates a large screen data projection system, which is perfect for all multi-media presentations capable of projecting both Laptop and Video sources in full colour.

Monsanto Suite
The Monsanto Suite is an ideal room for meetings or seminars for up to 100 people, or perhaps that special occasion or reception. The room has private toilet facilities and access to the Bar Deck, an open plan social area with a unique design making it ideal to entertain VIPs or perhaps as a breakout /workshop room.

Gallery
With an exhibition space 18m by 12m we are able to accommodate small to medium scale touring exhibitions, and are happy to act as agents for any sales. By incorporating the Gallery into the Pavilion’s mainstream activities we encourage a diverse range of visitors.
