Welsh harpist Catrin Finch joins forces with Cimarron; a Columbian group renowned for their joyous Latin American music played on harp, bandola, cuatro, brass and maracas. Rhythmic, uplifting and totally infectious.

This Astar / Creu Cymru / Galeri / Theatr Brycheiniog / Theatr Mwldan co-production is supported by the Welsh Assembly Government and the Arts Council of Wales through the Arts outside Cardiff Fund.

Emilia Di LiverpoolLlangollen plays its part in Liverpool’s momentous year as European Capital of Culture 2008. The European Opera Centre presents Emilia di Liverpool by Gaetano Donizetti.

Witness the birth of a rare opera that will help kick-off an incredible year in Liverpool when the city becomes Europe’s official capital of culture. Up to 50 young musicians from different nations across Europe will live and rehearse in Llangollen for six weeks in preparation for a huge New Year’s Eve performance in Liverpool’s St George’s Hall.
